Cons
1) No hike for freshers for 1.6 years (reason= hike will be given only in january and if only you have completed one year by january (hike cycle), if anyone joins in march/feb also, dont expect hike (unless you get another offer and threaten to leave, until then they wont give)). 2) horrible work life balance. Managers just squeeze you till the last drop. Leave is just on papers, if you take leave, they will tell you to work on weekends because work is pending as you had taken leave. 3)work from home, on paper yes. most of the times you are not allowed to take it. 4)hike will be very less. they give various reasons such as company is growing, we acquired that, bought a company etc (how was all that possible ? you worked for that. what do you get ? nothing) 5) swift code is scam to hire freshers. what sort of company doesn't give hike for 1.6 years ? 6)flexible timings (you can come and leave office whenever you want, but you will be reaching office at 10 am and leaving at 9 pm because you will have so much work) no comp off, no cab facilities. you take client calls till 10pm or worse if you have american clients. leave office at 11:30 am. no cabs.
