      Sadly, no pros to mention

      Cons

      Owner is the problem, high turnover is 100% due to his management. Does not appreciate his employees. He is very condescending to all his employees at all levels. Short temper with knee jerk responses. Lack of any culture.

      Pros

      Safety is talked about from Day 1, and is a priority to Bethlehem management. If an employee pays attention to their own decisions, they will not get hurt, even in the construction environment. Consistent work. We are able to work through the winter, which is not the case with a lot of employers.

      Cons

      This is manual but rewarding work.

      Pros

      The work is hard, but it's very rewarding to see our walls and panels used in many of the local construction projects. Pay is above minimum wage.

      Cons

      If you are not prepared to work outside year round, this could be an issue for some people.
