Bethco Creates Problems - Anonymous employee Bethco Solutions Employee Review

Management/HR, Deception/Doublespeak, Petty behavior in management, lying, etc. No guarantee of full time hours, can only provide part time. Doesn't offer shift pay. Doesn't have a pay range, everyone starts at the low end, they don't care about your prior experience. They couldn't care less about your scheduling needs (unless it's school maybe?), they tell you what to do and expect you to do it with or without compensation. They disregard injuries and don't tolerate any kind of slack.
