      Good pay and some of the people are nice. Room for growth if available.

      Cons

      Male dominant, no training, way to much gossiping with upper management (it's like grade school).

      Pros

      Pto is fantastic and they work with you here if you need a day off.

      Cons

      Not many cons but if I had to choose one, it would be lack of opportunity to get a raise and move up the ladder.
