The company is almost bankrupt. They are millions in the hole, this is public information provided by the company in weekly staff meetings. BFUSA management changes policies each day. The production floor is worked like a sweatshop, and management pushes them each day or they are gone. The insurance is horribly expensive and worthless. They switched insurance carriers and employees now have issues getting their claims paid. Promotions or raises are not aligned with the position requirements. Employee turnover is very high. Be prepared for a lot of back stabbing and two-faced personalities.
