Good company - Human Resources Generalist Betacom Employee Review

I have been a part of Betacom's 5GaaS team for over a year now, and I am so grateful to be a part of this smart talented team. Executives treat you like a person, not an employee. That's reflected in the benefits the company provides and how management approaches the team, no yelling about challenges, just collaboration and ideas that we all work on together. The CEO holds Town Hall meetings to provide an overview on how we are doing, as well as ask for full transparency on how we can service our customers in the best possible way. I highly recommend Betacom for its great team in the innovative tech space.

Not really a Con.... but investing in educational courses would be a plus.

Work flow was pretty steady

Office was filled with krooks that only cared about themselves. They could care less about the workers in the field. Got a lot of racist vibes too
