Pros
Very flexible, pretty much no micromanagement (except the CEO who is constantly looking over your shoulder).
Cons
Terrible management, they don't care about your career development at all, zero support from your manager, million problems that never get resolved. Executives operate in an "old boys club" style, the company structure is a mess. Recently laid off 20 employees without providing any sufficient reasoning. Pay is way below market rate.
