      Hourly rate pay. Rewarded for overtime work.

      Cons

      They enforce a no talking policy. They enforce a no cell phone policy. They 'encourage' you to work overtime, meaning you better put in a lot of overtime when needed. You cannot work at your own pace.

      Although this review is almost 4 years old, I wanted to thank you for your honest feedback. In the time since this review was posted, we have made many changes to policies and procedures and even hired a human resources manager. Thank you again.
