Pros
A generally warm, easygoing and positive environment with a good number of excellent consultants and technicians, able to compete with virtually every other bigger player in the Milan area. Also, the company is very careful in controlling costs, and in general this has been key in avoiding major layoffs or curtails during the current crisis. The company does try to be innovative.
Cons
Being a small competitor and a cost-oriented company comes at a price. Forget the typical set of benefits normally reserved to consultants. Salary is somewhat under the average for the job in the area, and growth is slow. Also, especially in the smaller divisions that feel more the bite of competition, relations with the management can be strained by the necessity to secure the bottom line while coping with a fequent lack of resources or time to allocate on projects. Finally, the marketing function is underdeveloped.
