      Pros

      Very flexible on hours and taking days off. Freindly company. One of my best experiences working for a company. But I haven't had the best luck with companies. They do interesting jobs but sometimes it gets repetitive.

      Cons

      If you can't draft fast an accurately you are wasting your time... They take fast drafters over everything, including understanding concepts and drafting cleanly. One of the senior drafters tends to rub people the wrong way but is a nice person at heart. Some socially awkard people at times.

      Pros

      This company is on the move. There is a ton of opportunity here. Management is very capable and open to new ideas. We work as a team and are very supportive of each other. Benefits are very good.

      Cons

      We are understaffed currently, which is a challenge but we're working on it. Office space is not the best set up but that is in the works as well.
