The people who work at BestIT genuinely care about what they do and they are fun to work with. This is a very diverse, collaborative work environment where you have the opportunity to learn much from your colleagues and gain new skills. Management is very invested in the employees who are here and willing to help them expand their skill set. You have the opportunity to get hands-on at with projects you might be interested in with some capacity. Innovation and creativity are highly encouraged. You have the freedom to grow, try out new ideas and have those ideas challenged and improved. The company events and outings are fun.
Cons
The company is going through some restructuring so there is a lot that needs to get done at the moment. You may be required to take on a few different roles outside of your job description every now and then but that is to be expected when restructuring is happening at a smaller company.
