Pros

Free snacks (sometimes) available in the break room for when you were expected to work through lunch or stay late. You will appreciate previous employers (and future) much more after the experience. High turnover, so lots of new faces, and you likely will not be around long either after seeing how the place is run.

Cons

Inept, dishonest, and arrogant management. The "leadership" roles are filled with people who talk big, but cannot deliver. People are constantly hired or fired based on prospective deals that almost always fall through once the potential customer sees through the gimmick. If you end up coming here and are actually introduced to people, ask how long they have been employed. Also, try looking for their name plate of their desk to see if it matches - they have likely been shuffled around on "visitor" days in order to make the office seem full. Just search for the long list of previous BestIT employees on social media. Or instead of social media, just look at the "leadership" page of BestIT's website itself. Around ten of the twelve people listed are no longer with the company. There is a reason so many last for just a few months.

Pros

Great work atmosphere, great people to work with. Great place to build a career. I have had many experiences, worked with many senior managers who have had careers I can only dream of. The people are what really make this place go, we work hard to ensure great client engagements and projects. We work great as a team, in the past we had gone thru some tough times, but we have come out ahead in a much better place because of the people and the shift in culture of the company. We have an "edge" to drive new business and build the company the right way. If you aren't afraid of hard work, trust me the pros way outweigh the cons, the CEO will make sure you are taken care of and valued as an employee. You can't ask for more than that. On top of that, great benefits and great compensation and great work life balance.

Cons

Pressure, but what job doesn't have pressure? Past senior management no longer with the company built a culture of complacency and handed out raises and job titles to employees who they personally hired for the company. This rubbed many long time employees the wrong way and the culture of complacency led to some rough months. But our current leadership team righted the ship and built the culture to focus on rewarding hard work and valuable employee contributions to the bottom line.
