      Pros

      Very well rounded work. As long as you communicate with the owner continously with diagnostics. And you push to learn you can learn fire suppressors, hood systems, chillers, tea maker, hot side, ice makers and much more.

      Cons

      Owner will micro manage any job at random, every time he gets involved with a project things change, no constancy from the owner with processes and procedures it changes. Which then hurts the office staff.

      Pay was okay but not for the work expected

      Cons

      Owner cussed out employees, yelled, would start arguments and talk down to everyone. Verbally abusive and toxic work place. Other employees were working on call for no extra money and taking angry calls from the owner all weekend, before work and after work.
