Pros

Weekly pay, hourly and commission. Base pay is $10 and then you get paid $3-5 per lead. Must make at least 20 leads per week to make $11. Most of the people their are friendly and nice. You will gain patience (or anger issues) from being hung up on constantly.

Cons

No room to move in the company, unrealistic goals, over all dead end job. Very high turnover rate. They say no cold calling, but it is ALL cold calling. The people you call are off lists that have been called many many times before, if you work in the call center be prepared for your computer to malfunction and/or cussed out every two minutes. Benefits are worthless. You only get insurance with incredibly high rates.

Pros

None unless you are willing to rip people off and then get ripped off by the owners.

Cons

They will pay you nothing and when you do build a sales funnel they will take it from you. Dead end job.
