Since starting at Best Point 11 years ago, I have consistently felt supported and valued as an employee and as a person. Through the years, my supervisors and managers have supported and encouraged my clinical and professional development and it is clear that the agency cares about its employees. I appreciate the continued focus on the wellness of staff- from allowing the use of mental health days, to planning agency Wellness Days and to providing staff support groups. I fully believe that Best Point is committed to its mission and to providing support to children and families. I have a deep sense of pride in the work that is done at Best Point and believe that Best Point has some of the best mental health professionals in Greater Cincinnati. The work can be tough, but if you care about the type of work a community mental health agency does, you will not find a more supportive environment.
