      Very disorganized, Extreme Low pay, they force you to contribute to their 401K, and they won't let you access your funds until you leave the company

      You get off early on Fridays

      Cons

      You are required to develop new business from their existing contacts/leads. All there existing contacts/leads HATES this company so you can’t secure new business. Also, they’re really selfish when it comes to paying the independent drivers. They find any excuse not to pay the independent drivers the amount agreed upon.
