Pros
The community at Best Learning Shenyang is one of the best parts about the job. The management strives hard to make sure that every employee feels valued in their jobs. There was a great support net work here for employees that wanted to try new things, from making beautiful murals on the walls to creating videos for the school. This was not just a job, but an education. I was empowered to learn new skills and evolve as a person. The compensation for the job is amazing. The salary allows teachers here to live a great life style and also save money. The experience of working at Best Learning Shenyang is an experience that I would recommend to many people looking to live and work abroad.
Cons
There really aren't many cons to working at BLS. The only one for me and something that can't be changed is how far away I was from my family.
