Overall staff are treated poorly either with contempt or suspicion. Work is given with impossible timescales with the reasoning this leads to higher productivity. Projects will be passed down with little to no specification of targets, goals or prerequisites resulting in slow deliver of underperforming outcomes. IT infrastructure is dated and decentralised without suitable cybersecurity policies or infrastructure. Equipment and systems are chosen based on the personal appeal to the founders rather than matching the present or future needs of the business. It's not the worst company in the world, but you will be over worked, under paid and under supported. Certain individuals will not leave their personal grievance's outside the office and will bring them to work and make them your problem. Ultimately the issues stem from a culture of being cheap - financially and morally. The customer is not prioritised and regulations are loosely followed if at all. This goes without mentioning the multiple sights of gross misconduct I witnessed first hand, such as posting of fake reviews online or stalking employees personal social media profiles.
