There are lots of reasons I love my job, but here are some of the highlights: - We all work remotely but stay connected through the wonders of technology - Strong managers, clear strategy driven by results, defined and measurable goals, and the tools needed for success! - Tons of opportunity to grow with the company and build a satisfying career with a health work/life balance
Cons
My "complaints" ;) - We NEVER work late or on weekends :P - Our HR Manager stays in touch and really listens :) - We are encouraged to refer friends and colleagues to join our team at Best!
