No cons. Great office and staff

The location of the building is amazing.

If you like squeezing your cheeks to go to the third floor bathroom because the bathrooms aren’t working, or if you love hearing the owner berating employees in the open, or if you love drama, this company is for you! Never in all of my career have I ever worked in such a toxic workplace. To boot, two furlough rounds within 6 months. Don’t air out your dirty laundry to anyone there, it will come to bite you. Team building is a joke and meetings are majority of your week. Training is fly by the seat of your pants. The good review left recently? Don't believe it because it was done internally by the request of the owner. If you want to play Russian roulette with your career in not knowing if you’ll have a job the next day, this company is for you. Btw one star is a stretch. God speed.
