      Good Environment, Good People, they have good technical skills. 1 day from home. Flexible hours.

      Cons

      Work is 9hrs (8 + 1 break ) Learning curve after 1 year will be lower. Legacy projects. A lot of projects use old technologies ( EJB, JSF, ADF, SOA)
