Pros
Very flexible work hours (the best I've seen in my career). A young and open mentality that's encouraging. Lots of activities and after-work spirit. Also very friendly towards new developers. Provides a lot of help when you're getting started
Cons
Very unstable company structure. A big lack of transparency leads to decisions made without you knowing and contributes to creating a "fake" working environment. It also makes it hard to know if they really have your interest at heart. Lots of empty promises were made. Things rarely progress internally unless developers decide to take it into their hands on top of their projects Also very hard to find growth opportunities. They're often based on the projects you have which will most likely be Angular
