      There is a review on this board named "Honest Truth" which will give you a general indication of how bad it is at Bes-Tech. I actually read the reviews here prior to working there and thought it will be different or I can make an impact to help change it. Nope! Nope! Nope! Wrong in so many ways. I gave the company one star because I had too. If you are looking at this company, walk away now.

      Pros

      Company work is truly interesting. It provides any individual to grow and get the best out of themselves. Best place for start up engineers to learn from most talented and professional engineers.

      Cons

      Company is growing and expects diversified tasks from engineers. That shows company's trust in engineer's abilities. If you are not capable enough than it is not a place for you.
