Management are a bunch of micromanagers. They assign you to different departments and assign you with all kinds of tasks for little pay. They hire family members and friends with no experience. Their processes make no sense and they make you work harder when something so simple can be done much easier and save time. Employees talk about each other and have no regard for their employees. They say they promote from within but that’s their way of feeding you with their lies to get you to believe. This place shouldn’t be in business to be honest. HR is a sham.
