Great managers and lots of hours

Lots of sidework after each shift

Very relaxed environment, co-workers are friendly, decent pay, low stress enviornment

Management is poor, constant miscommunication with management, over worked under paid, the restaurant is falling apart (has not replaced the fridge that has been broken for months, leaks in the ceiling), and the restaurant is never fully stocked.
