Unfair compensation, if you are not Swiss, you will not be paid fairly, although you have more education and experience than the swiss people. The company praises itself for not making a diffrence in etnicity, nationality etc, but on the contrary, if you are a foreigner, you will not get paid as much as a swiss person, those are facts. They expect that you do extra hours and extra work for the same low wage.

really wonder what happen to the person who say will stay here until retirement as the last i check all those joined in the past 5 years are no longer working here, jobless or looking for job either they are retired or 'forced to retire' such a shame that they have to eat their own words for making a claim they made so many years ago
