Pros

Doubled capacity in only 2 years and management is again talking about further expansions. Part of a multinational but still people focused. I feel that my inputs are valued by the management and that I can really contribute to the growth of the company. They are open to initiatives and brainstorming. The company gives staff a lot of confidence to develop and prove themselves. I feel appreciated and I have been promoted twice in only 1.5 year. I have received a considerable salary increment since the start of my employment with them. I really like the entrepreneurial spirit, in this company you are allowed to bring change. Company provides lunch break entertainment like table soccer, snooker, Starhub, free drinks etc.

Cons

Fast growing company which means some newly recruited staff really did not fit into the organization. Luckily the company is not too proud to correct its mistakes. The key staff is really hard working and very passionate about their job. Some people expect others to work really hard. You need to have this fighter mentality when you join them. Sometimes the train moves too fast for people just looking for an easy job to pay their bills.

Pros

Performant working tools, nice canteen

Cons

Unfair compensation, if you are not Swiss, you will not be paid fairly, although you have more education and experience than the swiss people. The company praises itself for not making a diffrence in etnicity, nationality etc, but on the contrary, if you are a foreigner, you will not get paid as much as a swiss person, those are facts. They expect that you do extra hours and extra work for the same low wage.
