Nobody is going to hold your hand and walk you up the ladder, but a hard working and determined individual will have no trouble finding their place and growing into whatever role they wish to attain.

Small company = wearing many hats. This can be a pro or a con depending on the person. Your schedule can become quite hectic.

Everyone on this team is so dedicated to what we do and what we are providing for our company. You will have a huge amount of support from your coworkers. Everyone will pitch in to help you if you need it, from the CEO to the guy who cleans up. We are a family here and you will get to know everyone really well. A lot is expected of you at Bertram, but you are more than given the tools to succeed and the company is willing to do whatever it takes to help you succeed. This is a pretty casual environment, and a really cool place to work.

This is a fast paced environment, and if you aren't willing to work hard, this isn't the place for you. Everyone really pitches in, whether a job is in their job description or not. This means that everyone will be willing to help you with your project, but it also means that you may need to do something you don't feel is in your wheelhouse.
