      Pros

      Good people and culture, connection and welcoming are why I joined.

      Cons

      Not paying enough, HR claims salary is competitive in the market when it's not meeting my university median starting salary. I'm not sure how everyone is paying for their expenses, but I am staying with my parents because renting on my own in the city where the office is located costs 65% of my take-home pay.

      Pros

      Mostly very nice people and opportunities to take on real substantive client and project work depending on the team. Big emphasis on development opportunities.

      Cons

      Hours/pay ratio is not worth it. Pay much under market value with long hours. Lack of recognition of continued education in pay scales. Very opaque evaluation structure.
