      Good compensation and benefits, including unlimited PTO "Work from Anywhere" policy accommodates those who want to be fully remote or hybrid Strong interest in individual employee development through mentor programs and classes

      Cons

      Technology is old and cumbersome; managers and other decision-makers are reluctant to adopt newer, more efficient solutions Insufficient training Managers do not set clear expectations for work and do not give constructive criticism for work performed Culture encourages Type A "workaholic" behavior, despite directive from CEO to use PTO as much as needed

      Pros

      Mostly very nice people and opportunities to take on real substantive client and project work depending on the team. Big emphasis on development opportunities.

      Cons

      Hours/pay ratio is not worth it. Pay much under market value with long hours. Lack of recognition of continued education in pay scales. Very opaque evaluation structure.
