      Pros

      This is the first time in my professional career that I work for a company where I feel they actually care about their employees and they demonstrate that through action, not just talk. Lots of opportunity, engaging and challenging work, smart and compassionate co-workers.

      Cons

      High-performing teams can sometimes make work-life balance tough but the company truly does encourage employees to find that balance.

      Pros

      Mostly very nice people and opportunities to take on real substantive client and project work depending on the team. Big emphasis on development opportunities.

      Cons

      Hours/pay ratio is not worth it. Pay much under market value with long hours. Lack of recognition of continued education in pay scales. Very opaque evaluation structure.
