      Bullies in leadership roles. Revenue is king. Billable hours accountability inconsistent. Favoritism. Intense competition between groups but pretend there is "one firm."

      Pros

      Mostly very nice people and opportunities to take on real substantive client and project work depending on the team. Big emphasis on development opportunities.

      Cons

      Hours/pay ratio is not worth it. Pay much under market value with long hours. Lack of recognition of continued education in pay scales. Very opaque evaluation structure.
