Pros
The senior management and my colleagues were extremely helpful and kind to me as I started at the company. They helped me sooth and feel comfortable and not like an outsider when I joined so turning up to work felt fun and not a boulder on my shoulder.
Cons
The breaks are short in my opinion and during breaks, we leave our colleagues to take control of our machine and whilst they have to manage their assigned ones too. This was hard to manage as the production rate of the plastic products was extremely fast so when someone went on break it was sometimes difficult to handle the machines.
