      Pros

      Lots of support from outside resources and company is investing money trying to stay current. Company has consistent sales in this area.

      Cons

      No support from local management. The management borders on nepotism with the long relationships allowed to form within the local management group. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone with personal goals or any kind of record of achievement.
