We were just one of the many acquisitions made by Berry. Most of the people that work at Berry seemed to be good employees.
Cons
The Leadership Team is so out of touch with the day to day needs of their organization. They promote people that know nothing of the business and allow them to make personnel decisions that damage the culture and thus damage the overall success.
