Bernardi originally started as a family owned business and some of the managers have been there for over 15 yrs and it shows. Bc of the high-turnover, lots of opportunity to showcase your talents and advance
Cons
Consistent training was severely lacking. All that matters at the end of the day is money so if this is not your objective, an awful place to work. Culture was very volatile bc everyone is trying to make their own money
