Great and understanding boss. Learned a lot

Not many... just gotta work hard.

The individual staff at Bernardi are probably the only good aspect. Certain staff I should say. Mediocre benefits, some cool company food events, the Bernardi Cup. That’s about it. Doesn’t outweigh the cons.

The biggest issue at Bernardi is lack of structure and support from the executive management team. It seems that the departments do not want to work together and instead look to pass the blame to others for their shortcomings. There’s a lot of lack of professionalism and no real teamwork to find solutions to issues that arise. Ultimately, this leads to a toxic environment and little is done to change the culture. The turnover rate is insanely high. The management team masks lack of management skills by firing people instead of addressing the root of the issue. Managers at Bernardi aren’t guided or supported at the executive level, nor are they held to any standard. As is customary in the automotive industry, the ones who generate income are favored even if they fail in every other area. There are some really great people who work there, and I hope for their sake they find somewhere else where they can thrive.
