Pros
Berlin Cameron comes with a pedigree that's rooted in smart strategic thinking that delivered strong business results. Senior leadership has been with the company for 10+ years and they are committed to the agency and driving success. Everyone at the agency works and plays very well together. There doesn't seem to be any egos which is really nice. Work/life balance is great. We work hard during the day and are available at night/weekends if needed. But 7pm is considered a late night which is not typical in the agency world. The culture is more start-up than corporate. Lots of flexibility to be entrepreneurial, a self-starter without the red-tape that you'll have to deal with at a big shop.
Cons
We've out-grown the office space but a move to shiny, new offices is happening within the next week.
