Likewise, we value your constructive criticism. We’re disappointed to hear your comments regarding salary and working hours. Concerning salary, we carefully strive to not only meet but exceed industry standards. Our commission scheme is well above industry standard and rewards those who are consistently billing over a rolling three-month average. As for working hours, we will look into ways of mitigating this for our current and future employees. Lies, even down to them not owning the cruise boat.... they did at least when I was there ( up to 2016 ).... while you're there telling the customer that you have nothing to do with the marketing company THEY are the marketing company and you end up at lying to them without even knowing it . Couldn't keep "sleeping at night ." then if you go to in-house they literally tell you you build up the dream in mainline now so I'm to tear it down so they buy more (points)....
