Pros
Berklee College of Music has developed the most extensive Work-Study Program in the country. They offer jobs with real applications to the music industry and the majority of staff and teachers are former students. Many students who excel in their Work-Study Program are hired immediately upon graduation as supervisors.
Cons
There are few negatives about Berklee's Work-Study Program. The new-hire training is sufficient, but I would like to see a more outlined and developed training program.
