      Pros

      Work from home, nice office, some good people, kitchen area, average salary

      Cons

      Lack of culture, lack of values, lack of management, no controls, no processes, no respect for employees nor clients, no professional growth. The experience I got at this company was the worst of all my career, all the reviews that claims the company is good are paid because reality is different.

      Pros

      Some great people - although most left in the last exodus. Nice downtown location. Great place if you're a high priced management consultant or sales exec. Not so great for anyone else.

      Cons

      Focus is on constant management consultants and trying to land the next "big" sales contracts. If you're a big talker and can put on a show you might do well for a year or two. Until you realize the team struggles to deliver. Zero focus on product and customer and ops. Ancient complicated process and systems, nothing is documented, embarassing customer service. I just feel bad for our clients. Not a big company, small cottage industry.
