      animals animals animals the feeling of being able to help animals as your job working with other people who care about animals

      Cons

      the executive director has his own views on what the company needs and it was hard to get my viewpoint acknowledged, let alone considered. the pay is fair but low for the amount of work expected not remote friendly, even when the work could be done remotely just fine

      Usually they just see the result and don't care about how you finish the job even though there's a mistake and it's not caused by you. They'll put the fault on you and speak with you
