The work quickly becomes repetitive, personally I didn't mind but most people grow tired of it very quickly. The main reason for the low rating is due to an issue with communication and management. I started as a temp working on a project and eventually that project ended, however I was told there would be opportunities to come back for future projects or potentially full-time employment. Eventually I received a call from one of the managers in my department asking if I'd be interested in coming back in for another project which I agree to do. I even call the week before my planned start date to re-confirm everything and was told that it's still good to go. My start date comes, and I show up to the office only to have the secretary tell me that the department manager said I was "accidentally called back in" and I was not being hired to work on a new project. The only excuse for this happening is sheer incompetence. In fact, the manager did not even tell me himself and I have not received any communication or apology for such blatant miscommunication and incompetence.
