So far in my time, the company is moving from strength to strength in a time of economic hardship in the U.K. I have worked at the company now for almost a year and have been blown away by the commitment the company has to continuous improvement and employee welfare. Procedures are written and followed from the top down, shop floor staff seem happy and there is generally a good vibe. Salary and bonuses are great!
