There is an atmosphere of favoritism. If you aren't "in," you can't catch a break and are consistently set up for failure. The lead designers pick favorites and create an environment of mistrust. Little to no communication or support from the senior staff. They promote favorites way beyond the skills they have. Consistent feeling of "boys club."
