      Pros

      Pete CEO is a great motivational leader. Whenever he visited the office, he would come to each persons desk and talk to them and motivate them.

      Cons

      Poor management from supervisor and manager. Supervisors constantly belittles and mistreats subordinates. Constant miscommunication between team members. No potential for growth within this department. I would not recommend working for the infrastructure group in Conshohocken if you are a young engineer.
