Pros
I loved the environment and the teaching system. Also I appreciated the fact they thought me the methodology to teach Spanish. I Learnt a lot from them. The colleagues are team players, the front desk assistants are very nice and supportive and the CEO' s Vanessa and Dan are great and fair leaders, they are respectfuls and they receive feedbacks in a great manner and also the way they track your progress is wise. The starting rate 25$ hour is fair and they pay the training. They are a team and a management looking forward to improve and do it better every day. They take care of their workers.
Cons
My position was a part tiene job, so for me was perfect because O could work and attend my university. In my case, I do not see cons. Regarding benefits, do not expect large working benefits as they are a small company. For sure is they become a large company, they will be able to ampliate the benefits.
