Pros
A lot of job security for sure due to the industry. Some nice coworkers also and great fun activities through the year. But......
Cons
This is a place where women have no voice and the few that do, step on other women as well as they are desperate to be heard and taken into consideration by the bunch of older white guys that run the company. The owner is a good guy, but easily influenced by those that surround him. There is no diversity on the leadership team and barely 2-3 females on higher level roles competing for attention. If you are a woman, you cannot park close to the entrance; that parking lot is reserved for the old boy's club only. Someone here says they pay less to women in similar roles - that is true! If the people that use their services knew how they really roll, they would also look for other businesses to do their moves. Long, long hours and pay is not that great. Anyway, avoid if you can.
