Pros
I was hired as an administrative assistant but quickly found out that the position was for a phone rep. There is no admin. position. Staff is terribly rude, refusing even to say good morning to a new employee. The management is very short and has a bad attitude, often making snide remarks for putting people down for their accent or personal tastes in food or recreation. There is always something negative coming out of their mouths. unprofessional, mean spirited and dishonest. There is absolutely no room for advancement, which was a big concern for me and i was lied to when i took the position. I was truly appalled when it was demanded of me to leave a positive comment on glassdoor to over shadow the negative comments. The comments are true, i assure you. The complaints that demonstrators are having are honest. There are times when you may not get all of your money because invoices are not reimbursed properly. You really have to watch and you will want to make copies as once they are out of your hands it is your word against there word. The work is not steady so be prepared to not have work at times. You are one of many and will not be anything more than a number to them. The turn over rate is extremely high because you are treated poorly, may not receive all of the pay for the sales you made and may not be trained well.
