      Pros

      Great company culture, everyone's kind and willing to help each other out. Every now and then, the office gets together for an outing to a decent holiday spot, and the pay was great!

      Cons

      Unpredictable workload - there were several occasions where I was called in to assist with unexpected influxes of work that necessitated working 12+ hours at a stretch. Consequently, I was never fully relaxed whenever I was on leave or done with my shifts.
